Member Benefits
Holistic Well-Being Survey
Access to our validated, holistic assessment of burnout, professional fulfillment, and determinants of these outcomes for physicians and other clinical and non-clinical employee types. Includes the internationally-recognized, validated, Stanford Professional Fulfillment Index.
Survey programming, distribution, and data storage are handled by a third-party vendor, ensuring confidentiality and security.
Robust Multi-Site Benchmarks
Healthcare PWAC-wide data are assembled into comparison benchmark scores of professional fulfillment, burnout, and well-being determinants. Benchmarks are organized by employee category, including attending physician, resident/fellow, advanced practice provider, nurse, faculty scientist, and other non-clinicians. View your results compared to the peer group’s one-year or two-year benchmark database, and get specific with medical specialty and subspecialty benchmarks.
Longitudinal Assessment
Reports display changes in results over time by organization, department, and medical specialty - or by other categories relevant to your organization. Access to de-identified, raw data provides a rich opportunity for natural experiment-based program evaluation, using longitudinal well-being data from your own or a combination of member institutions. All members may propose and co-author collaborative discovery projects using multi-site Consortium data when approved by the Scientific Board.
Scholarly Community of Peers
Virtual meetups and tools including regular program evaluation labs, affinity forums, and collaborative working groups to advance our scientific mission. An online message board invites connection and resource-sharing with fellow healthcare well-being faculty and executive leaders. Biannual, in-person networking meetings are hosted at rotating U.S. locations.
