Publications and Collaborative Discovery

Leveraging the aggregate, deidentified database of well-being survey responses from tens of thousands of physicians, residents/fellows, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, collaborative discovery projects are approved by the PWAC Scientific Board and co-authored by collaborating organizations, advancing the field of healthcare professional well-being.

In addition to natural experiment-based evaluation, individual PWAC member representatives may also collaborate on scoping reviews or editorials as thought leaders in the field of healthcare professional well-being.
